Prey, wall painting seccion open for audience, February 2012, The State Hermitage museum, Atrium of General Staff Building

February 19-26.2012 I gave a serie of master-classes Hunting & Gathering in Youth Educational Centre of State Hermitage Museum. We turned exhibition halls into artists studio, step by step the show splashed out from there, occupied stairway and then went into atrium of General Staff Building. During this week I assembled painted cases as installation, made half of dozen pictures, in cooperation with 7-9-years-old kids painted wardrobe, with 5-8-years-old kids made snake of 10 meters length, and, finally, give a public session of wall painting. The result was picture PREY – 3 meters high cat catching bloody meat. Sound design (mixt of African drums) was provided by CYLAND media art lab.
